Only one person attended my weekly Visualization and Healing Circle last night. I offered this young lady an energy healing instead. While I was standing at her head and working on her upper chakras she felt energy extend out of my hands/arms as if there were another pair of hands/arms within mine. She “heard” several times that Shannon was working from within me . . . and that Shannon wanted me to know this. : )
I often send out positive intentions, pray, or “talk” to our Creator, the Angels, (and now more recently, Shannon) while driving. I had to make a quick trip to Lordship this past Tuesday night. So, I used the hour long drive to do just that. After praying, I asked for a sign that my prayers were heard, and that my life was on the right track.
When leaving Lordship I passed by the first “sign”. It was literally a sign stuck in someone’s lawn. You’ve seen them, one of those temporary signs that contractors sometimes plant along side of the road to help drum up business. Well, this one read “Shannon’s Landscaping”. I smiled and acknowledged to Shannon that she was close by evident by the sign. If you remember in a past posting, the last time I visited Lordship I saw this same Shannon’s Landscaping sign on the back of a trailer. But what was even more amazing is that within two blocks I saw another sign, the same size, also on the side of the road that I was driving. It read, “Rollins Electrical”.
Shannon Rollins . . . you are amazing!
I know that I have posted multiple stories in a row. This is the last experience I will share today. It is about an incredible healing that Shannon arranged and participated in. But first, I want to point out that posts are arranged chronologically from newest to oldest. So, you may want to scroll down to the bottom and read today’s posts in chronological order.
Now on to this last story for today . . .
A woman called last week to schedule an appointment for a healing. On my way to the studio I noticed that I had a message on my cell phone, it was the woman calling to cancel/reschedule the appointment. I considered driving back home, after all I had company from out of state, but then had an intuitive feeling that I should continue on to the studio. As I pulled into my parking space I realized why. Hope parked beside me at the exact moment I parked. She told me that she couldn’t get Shannon out of her mind all day and that she just wanted to be in the studio and hold Shannon’s belongings.
I invited her up with the anticipation of something good about to unfold. I intuited that Shannon was responsible for orchestrating our “chance” meeting. It became crystal clear that Shannon was responsible for bringing Hope to the studio so that she could experience a healing!
When I offered an energy healing to Hope, she was a bit apprehensive. After all, her head was still spinning from all that had happened thus far. Finally she agreed to try a healing with the condition that I would stop if she wasn’t comfortable.
Before we began, I mentioned to Hope that sometimes the Angels and/or guides will assist. I explained that sometimes when this happens, the client will feel “additional hands”. Well it’s a good thing I mentioned all that because while I was laying my hands on her feet and lower body, Hope also felt pressure (”additional hands”) on her upper body. She said that she felt pressure on her shoulders for a bit, then the hands moved to her arms for a bit, then to her upper chest, and back to her shoulders, etc. Each healer has their own technique. My typical routine is to place my hands and then keep them there for a while before moving to the next point. Shannon’s style was to place her hands on each point for a short time before moving on, often times moving back and forth, back and forth. So as Hope described her experience, I recognized it as being Shannon’s signature style.
Half way through the healing, I began to feel discomfort on the right side of my head. I knew that it was Hope’s pain that I was feeling. I laid my hands on that side of her head and I imediately felt the pain dissipate. Hope confirmed after the healing that discomfort had built up on the right side of her head but was relieved after I laid my hands there. ( I attribute this to the removal of energy blockages in her lower chakras. After the blockages were removed the energy began flowing more freely upwards, but was “dammed up” when reaching another energy blockage in her head. Once this was removed the energy was fully free and the discomfort relieved.).
Next, I was directed to cut the cords still connecting Hope to her abusive ex-husband. Any time two people are intimate, cords are created between their heart chakras and solar plexis. So even though Hope and her ex-husband divorced many years ago, the cords were still energetically connecting them. As I began to cut these cords Hope became icy cold and felt/heard wind. I also felt the wind and a sensation of a vortex as old trauma came whirling out of her energy field. The whole experience was very dramatic. After a short while I stopped cutting the cords and warmed Hope up with a blanket and I filled her with warm, loving energy. Once warm, I asked her if she thought we were done. She said, “No”, which I already knew. I began to cut the cords for one more round, and again she had an imediate physical response of feeling icy cold and wind. But this second time was less intense. As a side note, during the healing, Hope kept smelling sour milk. We aren’t sure exactly why this happened. But I suspect it had to do with clearing traumas from her past.
I finished the healing and gave thanks to Shannon and all the angels in assistance!
Hope is very thankful for having had this experience, which she describes as incredible. Interestingly enough, after leaving Circle of Light, Hope stopped at the grocery store on the way home and ran into Dwight (Shannon’s husband for 30 years) with quite a story to share!
So, after I realized that Shannon had materialized to Hope . . . I began to feel jealous in a light hearted way. One day while in the shower I was talking to her about this. I reminded Shannon that she and Hope had not even met, and that Hope wasn’t even prepared for her visitation. I, on the other hand, had been longing for her to visit or talk to me.
Low and behold, I began to hear her voice clearly! I didn’t hear it audibly, but rather in my head like I do when I receive angel messages using the Angelspeake method. She didn’t say anything profound in that visit. It was more jovial, like when two friends get together and talk about nothing in particular. Then I began to hear her call me a “dumb ass”. She did this several times. I joked that she can’t be an angel because an angel would never call me such a name. Trying hard not to be offended, I asked her, “Why are you calling me this?” She just told me, “Don’t worry, you’ll see”. I told her that I better get confirmation in the next few days or otherwise I’ll think that I was just talking to myself and calling myself names. She laughed and said don’t worry that something would happen soon to confirm for me that she indeed was talking to me and calling me such a name.
Within a couple of days I spoke to J.P. and Sue Williams. They told me their story, which, by the way, confirmed that it was indeed Shannon talking to me and calling me a dumb ass! J.P. and Sue will submit their story shortly.
Before I foreget I want to share one more thing that happened a few days after speaking with the Williams’. Shannon knows that I delight in simple signs and confirmations that I am on the right track. Well, one morning after speaking to Shannon and after asking for a “sign” I got one right in my face. I was taking a stroll with my mother-in-law in Lordship, CT when a landscaping truck drove by us pulling a trailer. I turned around and caught sight of the sign attached to the back of the trailer. It read, “Shannon’s Landscaping”. Cute, Shan . . . cute. Later that day I had a “missed call” on my cell phone. I called the number back and got the voice mailbox of who? You guessed it, my son’s friend Shannon (he had borrowed her phone to call me from school). Very cute.

I have been struggling with Shannon’s passing as I’m sure many of you have. She was an amazing healer and had fought her illness for many years more than her doctors thought possible Her ability to shrink her own tumors and heal herself was amazing. I truly thought that she would eventually become cancer free through God’s mercy, a combination of her own self healing abilities, the healings that she received from others, and the love and support from her family and community.
Many had prepared themselves, as best they could, for her final passing. But I had remained steady in my belief, till her last breath, that she would survive. So when she did pass, I was filled with incredible sadness and confusion. I even felt like a failure as a fellow healer and friend . . . like I had some how let her down by not being good enough to knock the cancer out of her. Of course I know now that this is silly. I do not understand why she was not given the “big miracle”, or what else we could have done to help heal her. But I do believe that her choice to live or die did not rest within our hands. This decision was between Shannon and her Creator.
Back in March I struggled with whether to keep Circle of Light or not. At the time I was still very drained and wasn’t sure I’d be able to find the energy to offer healings again. I was concerned about shouldering the expense of running the studio without Shannon. I sought guidance through a medium, hoping that Shannon would talk through him and give me guidance. What he heard Shannon say is this. She is doing fine and is still doing her healing work. Her healing work involves some form of advanced math and science that the medium couldn’t understand. And she said that when she has the time, she will assist me during my healings at Circle of Light.
Shortly afterwards, Hope spoke with me and recalled her experiences of seeing Shannon and meeting with Crazy Bear. (See “Shannon’s First Visit”.)
So, Shannon has transitioned and is indeed okay in her new realm! She is able to materialize and communicate to us here on earth, and she is even able to carry on her healing work (armed with deeper knowledge)! Knowing all of this has had a profound impact on me. I feel like a light switch has been turned back on. I have gone from darkness and despair to once again feeling energized and light! I sincerly hope having this information does the same for you.
It is also such a relief to know that after we die, everyone doesn’t just vacation through eternity playing a lyre or harp on a cloud. I always thought that visual sounded a bit boring. My hope is that we can continue to do the things we love . . . unencumbered by our human bodies.
This is the story of what happened to a mutual friend of Dwight and I. She has requested anonymity, so for the sake of this story I will call her Hope.
In mid-April, Hope was awakened in the middle of the night. When she opened her eyes she saw blue and purple lights flashing in her bedroom. These lights transformed into a milky white outline, which she immediately knew was Shannon, even though the two had never met. Hope had never experienced anything like this, and her first reaction was to hide under the covers! In the morning, still groggy, she was surprised to see Shannon again! This time Shannon was sitting on her couch wearing a blue robe, with her legs crossed. Hope explained that it was like Shannon was sitting there waiting for her to come down to breakfast. But Hope was too shaken to stay and chat . . . she left the house with her son in a hurry. But Shannon went with them and Hope felt her presence while she was driving. And after dropping her son off she began conversing with Shannon in the car. “Why are you here” and “What do you want?”, these were the main questions Hope had for Shannon. She was led to drive to the Metaphysical Center in Watertown to seek these answers. When Hope arrived there she saw a man standing outside on the porch. She found herself asking to see “Crazy Bear”, a name SHE HAD NEVER HEARD BEFORE. He said, “Oh that’s me, come on in”. (Shannon and Judy had seen Crazy Bear in the past. He’s a Clairvoyant Medium.)
Hope sat with Crazy Bear and he was able to receive messages from Shannon. He said that the main reason for Shannon’s visit was because she had a message for her husband and family. She wanted them to know not to worry because she is alright. Later in the reading he said that Shannon also wanted to tell her partner, “the red haired lady”, that she is just fine.
I’m sure Shannon knew that once Dwight and I received this message, we’d share it with the community!
So Shannon has transitioned to “the other side” and wants everyone to know not to worry, that she is okay! Isn’t that just like her to want to put our minds and hearts at ease?!
We loved you then and love you still.

It is with much regret that I announce the passing of my friend and fellow healer, Shannon Rollins. Shannon made the transition peacefully on the morning of December 28, 2007.
Beloved by many, Shannon will continue to inspire, delight and touch those who remember and call to her. I am happy to say that these are not just words of comfort. These are words of truth. Shannon has made contact and wants everyone to know that she made the transition just fine and is doing well! In fact, she is still practicing her healing work and already has figured out how to affect healing for us here on earth, even though she is in another dimension. (I always knew she was advanced : ) I’ve been told that she is practicing some complex form of healing that involves advanced math and science (sounds like quantum physics and beyond). Whooo hoo, you go girl!!
I have created this forum where I will post messages, synchronicities and experiences as Shannon delights me/us with her presence, love and humor. (And believe me, she hasn’t lost her wit.)
Feel free to also post your experiences! As Shannon continues to touch us all, how fitting to share it with the community. May this help in easing the pain of our loss, to know that she really is not lost or out of reach. As you will see, she is still very much here and still able to share her love, joy, humor, insight and healing touch. Naturally, this will all be on her terms . . . in her time . . . and through ways that she is able to. There is so much I don’t yet understand about how her new realm operates. Maybe she’ll fill us in as she can and sees fit.
Knowing that Shannon is doing well and is able to communicate with us has eased the great sadness in my heart, and has filled it with hope, wonder and excitement. I hope it does the same for you!
